BETHEL COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (BCF), INC.
Bethel Community Foundation (BCF), Inc. was the first CINS/FINS (Children In Need of Services/Family In Need of Services) Neighborhood Partner in the State of Florida. Since January 2004, Bethel has successfully served over 1000 youth and families. We believe our unique blend of traditional and non-traditional approaches allows us to meet families where they are. In-office and school-based counseling services, case management and school mentoring visits are key to serving our clients and their families. Also included in our core mix of services are Youth Resiliency Classes, Anger Management Classes, Parental Support Group and Summer Employability Skills Training for youth 14 – 17 years old.
Leading the CINS/FINS and TIPS programs is an Executive Director possessing over 25 years of diverse social and human services experience in Pinellas County. Bethel Community Foundation also employs a team of five Navigators trained to provide motivational youth mentoring and empowering parent coaching.

SCHOOL TO WORK PROGRAMS
Our Summer Bridge School-To-Work Readiness Program prepares students to achieve success in today’s job market along with workshops to become successful employees.
Bethel Community Foundation staff regularly attends and facilitates school-based community events that promote positive youth development.
The Bethel Community Foundation Truancy Intervention Program Service (TIPS) is designed to work with truants, either identified by Law Enforcement or school personnel.
